Refund Policy


We will be very sad if you decide to return your Flausinas but we believe that Flausinas should always make you happy so if for some reason they don't make you feel that way, and you wish to return them, simply send us an email within 14 days of receiving them to hello@flausinas.com and we’ll help you along the way.

Key things to have in mind when returning your Flausinas:

  • Flausinas must be returned in its original packaging and with no signs of use within 14 calendar days of sending the e-mail to hello@flausinas.com stating your wish to return
  • We're so sorry, but we do not assume liability for loss or damage occurred during the shipment of the returned Flausinas.
  • We feel really sad that you want to return your Flausinas, but if so, upon the reception of the product and after evaluating its condition, the amount you paid will be fully credited using the same payment method.
  • To complete the return we require a receipt of purchase.
  • All sales items are final sale.

    You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

    The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to hello@flausinas.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.

    To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


    If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

    We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

    You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at the address “Flausinas, Rua da Conceição 129, 1100-153 Lisboa, Portugal”, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

    We can arrange for our Courier Delivery Services to pick the goods up at your shipping address, with an associated cost of €5,50 in Continental Portugal, and €12 within the rest of Europe and €25 in U.S.A. and Canada.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    For returns from Portugal, the return can be done directly in our Lisbon Lab at Rua da Conceição, 129, 1100-153 Lisboa or you can use the return form that comes with your shipping package and drop it in the closest DHL service point.


    3. RETURNS

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


    4. REFUNDS 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. You can exchange it for the same item. Please send us an email at hello@flausinas.com and send your item back, within 14 calendar days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.     7. GIFTS

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.



    All sale items are final sale. Sales include but are not limited to flash sales, coupon codes, PopUp shops and markets. Any purchases made during a sale, promotional campaign or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions. 


    When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring that item into the country, it is your country’s sales tax. We cannot declare your item as a gift, it is illegal and a federal offense in the United States.  International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
